All sales are final, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by creating an account and submitting a ticket in the client-area and asking us to cancel your license.
There will be no refund for any unused days of the service, your service will be cancelled at the end of your billing period from the time your ticket is acknowledged by a member of staff (so please give a few days notice to be safe).
Should you be having any technical issues, we have an expert team ready to help you should you need it, so trust the product and make good use of it.
We believe in our products and use them in our own business, should you find a bug or glitch in the software then please create a video of the problem so we can check it and submit a ticket at the client-area http://client-area.biz.
You can use a free software such as Jing to do this, once you have recorded the problem and explained it on the video then you will see 3 arrows to upload it, please paste the url it gives you in the support ticket. (you can use any other service to provide the video such as dropbox also, do NOT upload the video itself attached to the ticket, only the url where it is stored / hosted)
